We care about your mental and physical health. Join your favorite Jackson Y instructors for group ex classes through Zoom! Suggested equipment includes dumbbells, a step/riser, a mat and towel, although many classes can be done with no equipment. Classes are LIVE and will not be recorded. Pre-registration is required.

For many years, John Kudner has been a quiet supporter of the Jackson YMCA. Kudner, the president of Art Moehn Chevrolet-Honda the past 25 years, has long been invested in the Y’s role in improving the health and well-being of the Jackson community.
The Consumers Energy Foundation and Jackson YMCA today announced they have achieved a $6 million challenge for the YMCA’s campaign to build a new building – overcoming the COVID-19 pandemic to meet the milestone in only 10 months.
This year the Jackson YMCA is offering fun, enriching, out-of-school care for elementary (Y5-5th) and middle school (6th-8th) students. The program will be held at the YMCA downtown location. Along with homework assistance, our program will offer gym and outdoor time, art, swimming and more. Due to physical distancing requirements, space will be limited - so register today!
