Group Fitness

DUE TO THE CURRENT CORONOVIRUS PANDEMIC, WE ARE IMPLEMENTING CHANGES TO OUR GROUP FITNESS CLASSES. PLEASE REVIEW REVISED SCHEDULES BELOW.

The YMCA offers a wide range of aerobic programs for all members. From beginner courses to advanced, heart-pounding workouts, striving to live better and healthier is easy at the YMCA.  We offer land and water-based group exercise classes at our Downtown (aqua only available Downtown) and Summit Branch as well as classes in the Grass Lake area.

Free Classes:  Many of our classes are included with your membership.  Please see the list below for those classes that are free every month, these include aqua based group exercise classes as well as land-based.

Fee-Based Classes: Some of our classes have a fee associated with them.  Please see the list below for fee-based classes.
Member: $16.00 per month (unlimited fitness classes at both Downtown and Summit Branch) Member:  $6.00 per drop-in (one time class) Community (Non-Member):  $12.00 per drop-in (one time class)
Community Punch Card: $80.00 (10 classes that expire 6 months from purchase, may be used Downtown or at the Summit Branch)
