The Heart Attack and Stroke Prevention Program

The YMCA is recruiting adults with diagnosed high blood pressure who are interested in lowering their risk of a heart attack or stroke.

The Heart Attack and Stroke Prevention Program is a discussion-based program consisting of 8 one-hour classes, and focuses on improving heart health by monitoring blood pressure and making small changes to nutrition, physical activity and stress management. Classes are held every other Tuesday at 11am beginning October 27th.
